TLC Essex was delighted to recognise two outstanding supporters this week—W.Bros. Scott Murray and Tim Allen, Directors of ECT Environmental Ltd, who have made an incredible commitment to the future of our Appeal.

W.Bro John Bond and I had the pleasure of meeting with Scott and Tim to present them with a TLC Essex Certificate of Appreciation, marking their company’s first donation of £500 to the Appeal. But this wasn’t a one-off gift.

In a truly generous gesture, Scott and Tim announced that ECT Environmental Ltd will donate £500 annually to TLC Essex every year until they retire. As both are still in their 50s, this promises to be a remarkable and long-lasting contribution to our mission of comforting children in hospital across Essex.

Their support didn’t end there. Both brethren have also become TLC Essex Ambassadors, proudly committing to help promote the Appeal to their clients, colleagues, friends, and family. Upon receiving their Patron Certificate, they said:

“We believe passionately in what TLC Essex does and we are proud to become its first official Ambassadors. We will actively promote the TLC Essex Appeal and help it grow.”

We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and enthusiasm. Support like this not only helps us provide more bears—it inspires others to get involved and spread the message.
